Notification of Temporary Road Closure

Notification of a Temporary Road Closure application has been received for Rockfield Grove, Undy, Monmouthshire as per the attached plan.
The road will be closed on 4th November 2020, and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 4th and 20th November 2020.
The order is necessary for Bellway Homes to complete a sewer upgrade in a safe manner at the location.

Access for Emergency Services will be maintained at all times as far as is reasonably practicable along with pedestrian access.
You will note that the attached traffic management plan, shows the extents of the closure and necessary diversionary route.
