Minutes, Meetings and Agendas

Full 'Ordinary' Council meetings are held at 7pm on the second Monday of each month (except August).  At these meetings, members of the Council go through the items on the agenda.  Agendas can be viewed on this website, or are available from the Council upon request. There is also time set aside at the start of Ordinary meetings at which residents in the community may address the Town Council regarding items which are on the agenda.

Please note that meetings shall, when possible be conducted as Multi-Location Meetings, where persons may attend the meeting at the designated venue or join the meeting remotely as detailed on the meeting Agenda Notice which is published on this website three clear working days before the date of the Council Meeting.

The Council respectfully request that when joining the meeting remotely via Zoom that your first and second name is displayed. That the mic on your Zoom is disabled, save for when you may wish to address the meeting and as a matter of courtesy that when addressing the meeting that the camera on your device is enabled if possible.

The Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 introduced provisions for multi-location meetings for local authorities, including Community councils. This is covered by section 47 of the Act. The Act states that a local authority must make and publish arrangements to ensure that local authority meetings are able to be held so that; - - persons who are not in the same place can attend meetings, and - these persons can speak to and be heard by each other.
