Scam Callers

During this difficult time, please be aware of scam callers.

A contact tracer will be in touch for one of two reasons:

✅ If you've tested positive for #Covid19
✅ If you've been in close contact with someone who has tested positive.

Contact tracers are professionally trained by Public Health Wales and will never:

• 💳 Ask for financial information;
  
• 🔑 Ask for passwords or PINs;
  
• ⬇ Ask you to download something.
