TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT, B4245, UNDY   
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order under S14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order is being made for reasons of public safety due to the likelihood of danger to the public and contractors that may result from works being undertaken on the B4245. The effect of the Order will be to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit whilst a new road junction is being constructed on the B4245.
The Order will come into force on Monday the 4th of March 2019 for a period of up to 18 months.
By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
