The chainsaw artist has started work on the tree sculptures in Mill Common. He will be working over the next three to four weeks to complete several pieces around the woodland.

Whilst the work is fascinating, it is noisy, dusty and he is using hazardous tools He will be taping out a six metre exclusion zone that may mean some paths will be closed during the work but there are alternative safe routes.

As with other works that have taken place over the last year, we would remind people to stay out of exclusion zones for safety reasons. It is important to supervise children near the works and keep dogs under effective control.

To access the site, he will be taking a vehicle and trailer into the woodland.

While working the artist will be taking some phots and videos of the process that we will upload onto Mon CC dedicated webpage.
